Social selling workshop at Arado

There’s always a first time for everything…
In this case, I ran a social selling workshop for Arado, a community of developers, none of whom work *directly* in sales
*Directly*? 🤔
Regardless of what your role is at any given company, you are always selling something
What? 🤔 (you may be thinking)
Sales is the process of communicating the value of something
Without the ability to convey value, no employee can communicate adequately at their place of work
You may be trying to portray a certain impression of yourself
You may be communicating the merits of your ideas
You may be trying to further your interests by enrolling others to buy-in (pun intended) to your point of view
….somehow or other, you are selling 😉
