In Sales in general, it is difficult to succeed without passion

In a Sales Development role, however, it is virtually impossible

SDRs will face a unique blend of monotony and rejection with a light dusting of intermittent triumph

After all, they have the hardest job in sales

You can give them more money and praise but if they don’t have that perseverance and grit to keep going quarter after quarter, they won’t strive in this role
