“Monday is the best day to send a cold e-mail” 🤔
“No salesperson sends e-mails over the weekend so your e-mail will be the first one they see when they check their e-mail first thing Monday morning”

There are all kinds of research and tests carried out on the above with mixed results.
From my own experience, I’ve always had 2-3 meetings first thing on Mondays, which may also be the case for a lot of you. I’ve witnessed people get overwhelmed with the start of their week to pay attention to internal e-mails, let alone cold e-mails.
So what is a cold e-mailer to do?
Simply, study your prospects 📖
Whilst there are plenty of stats on overall e-mail habits out there, your audience will have their own pulse. Do A/B testing where you send the same messages to prospects at distinctly different times on different days. Measure the outcomes and adjust accordingly, trial and error!
P.S. Use tools like Gmelius, Streak and SalesHandy to track your e-mail opens 😉
