You’ll probably have to put in longer hours – starting from scratch requires a lot of work, after all! ⏰
You may have to take on additional responsibilities that you normally wouldn’t do elsewhere – you might found yourself working outside your comfort zone, the place where growth happens 💪
You may not have a consolidated name in the market which might translate to an uphill battle when it comes to acquiring new customers – you’ll have fewer interactions with customers but those will feel more authentic, take it as an opportunity to build genuine relationships 🤝
